When I started planning their engagement session with Alexa, she let me know that the ocean plays a sentimental role in her and Scott’s life. When we landed on Newport, RI as the location for their session, I knew that it was going to be absolutely magical.
We started in Queen Anne Square downtown. It was the perfect, quintessentially Newport location to ease into their engagement session. They laughed, had a little Abbey Road moment, and absolutely slayed.
After we spent some time meandering along the side streets of Newport, we headed to a beach nearby. The sun was hiding behind the clouds so I was a little nervous that our golden hour wouldn’t be so golden. The sun cleared just enough for us to have a gorgeous glow.
After exploring Newport and adventuring over the rocky coastline, we walked back to our cars a little chilly and windswept. These two absolutely rocked their engagement session and I can’t wait for their wedding in May!
